| The Grasshopper Group of companies was established in 1987 primarily to develop residential sections. Since then it has developed in excess of 3,000 sections in Tauranga, Hamilton and Queensland together with some industrial sections and commercial property. |

| The major shareholders in the Grasshopper Group are Graeme Lee and Kevin Honeybone. Graeme has a NZCE (Civil) qualification and is responsible for the planning, design and construction of the developments. Kevin has Chartered Accountancy qualifications and a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is responsible for the accounting, finance, legal, marketing and administration functions. Grasshopper also employs a development manager, two office staff, a survey manager and a number of engineers working at The Lakes subdivision. |
